If a citizen wishes to use public roads other than that provided for or by way of derogation from road traffic regulations, this is a special use that is subject to permits and fees. Special uses of a commercial nature are e.g.: Sales cars/stalls Goods delivery points in front of our own shops Information booths Advertising displays/advertising boards Street café (setting up tables/chairs) Bicycle stand Postering Content of permission The special use permit is as a local limited time or on revocation subject to change. This authorisation entails conditions to be complied with. In the context of control activities, unauthorised special uses or non-compliance with conditions from the special use permit are included and appropriate regulatory measures are taken (e.g. warning, periodic penalty payment, replacement).

Applications shall specify the location, type and duration of special use and the size of the required road areas.
