Psychotherapist's Care - Register ing the membership Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.
The PsychotherapistS Supply (PVW ) (Lower Saxony with Bremen, Hamburg, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate) is responsible for psychological psychotherapists as well as child and adolescent psychotherapists in Hesse. Membership of the PVW begins at the same time as membership in a chamber of psychotherapists of the federal states of Lower Saxony, Bremen, Hamburg, Rhineland-Palatinate or Hesse. Each member will receive the membership documents automatically from the PVW as soon as they are reported by the Chamber as a member. If the membership in one of the aforementioned chambers of psychotherapists ends (e.g. by emigration), the membership of the PVW can be continued voluntarily, unless another pension is responsible or a double membership is desired. Pension rights are acquired through regular contributions. If membership is not continued, the acquired entitlement from the membership will still be maintained and will be paid later as an old-age pension. Even the entitlement to an invalidity pension remains in this case to some extent/under certain circumstances. The PVW grants its members and their survivors the following benefits: Old-age pension from the age of 60 and 62, also in the form of deferred old-age pension with actuarial supplements up to the age of 70 Disability pension before the age of 60 and 62 Survivor's pension (widow/widow's pension, partner pension and half or full orphan's pension) The members of the pension must make monthly compulsory contributions. Is your gross monthly income as a self-employed person or employee less than the contribution ceiling set in the statutory pension insurance? Then you can pay an "individual income-related contribution". The applicable contribution rate of the statutory pension insurance scheme is decisive. As an employed psychotherapist or as an employed psychotherapist, you are compulsorily insured in the statutory pension insurance. However, if you have not been exempted from the obligation to contribute in the pension scheme, you can make contributions voluntarily _ at least the minimum contribution of one tenth, unless a lower income is proven. For more information, please contact the utility. Note: If you leave the professional chamber, your compulsory membership in the pension scheme does not end automatically. Upon request, you can continue membership if you are not a compulsory member of another psychotherapist's pension scheme or wish to become a dual member. Who has to and who can become a member? Membership of the pension scheme is mandatory: Psychotherapists who after 01.01.2006 are members of the State Psychotherapists' Chamber of Hesse are exclusively self-employed have not yet reached the age of 55 You can also choose membership: Psychotherapists who Complete an apprenticeship Employed or employed If you are incapacitated, membership in the PVW is excluded.
You can find out which documents you need to submit from the Psychotherapist's Service. Note: It is sufficient to ensnare all documents as an uncertified copy
