Public procurement: Submit tender in the event of a public tender or an open procedure Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.

In the case of a public tender (national), all companies that legitimately carry out their business can offer the desired services (offer). This also applies to tenders under the EU award regime (open procedure, EU-wide); this shall be carried out for deliveries and services with a volume of orders of EUR 200,000.00 or more. The State of Hesse and the Hessian Municipalities announce their tenders in the Hessian Tender Database HAD (www.had.de), which may also take over the publication under the EU procurement regime. Note: EU tenders must also be published in the EU Official Journal.
