Registration certificate part I or vehicle registration document
The emission class keys of the vehicles according to No. 1 of the old vehicle registration certificate or No. 14.1 of the new registration certificate Part I (ZBI) are decisive for the issue of the stickers. If the vehicle has been retrofitted with a particle reduction system, a modification ZBI is required. Important: This is a service provided under municipal responsibility. You can therefore only visit an office that is located in your place of residence.
Which sticker the vehicle receives can be determined free of charge on the websites of the technical inspection authorities.
