The Senator for Economics, Labour and Europe is the authority responsible for trade information pursuant to Section 14 (5) sentence 2 of the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act. Simple information on the name, business address and the reported activity of the respective trade can be obtained online at https://gewerbeauskunft.bremen.de. It is also possible to make a personal or written request to the Senator for Economics, Labour and Europe. For information on further data from the trade register, proof of a legal interest is required in accordance with § 14 of the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung), and registration is necessary in the case of online retrieval. Extended trade information can be provided on the following data: Commercial register entry Registration and deregistration date Names and private addresses of the management Former company address, former managing directors
For extended commercial reports, proof of legitimate interest (e.g. in the case of claims) and registration is required for e-information.
Proof of a legal interest is only required in the case of an extended business information. For an extended business information as e-information, registration is also required.
All commercial enterprises currently registered in Bremen can be accessed online via eAuskunft ( https://gewerbeauskunft.bremen.de ) . The data of members of the liberal professions such as architects, lawyers and doctors are not stored. The request for information on a business enterprise can also be submitted in writing or in person to the Senator for Economics, Labour and Europe.
