The requirements for the granting of a licence are set out in § 2 of the Bremen Law on Restaurants, according to which a licence is not required under Bremen law if one pursues a catering trade requiring a licence under federal or Land law in another Land, for the pursuit of which reliability is required, and already has the necessary licence.
