Garden waste of up to 1 m³ per delivery can be deposited at all recycling stations. Tree trunks and stumps are only accepted at the Blockland recycling station. Garden waste over 1 m³ is subject to a fee and can only be disposed of at the Blockland landfill. The fees for delivery to the block landfill are for the delivery of cooking waste from households larger than 1 m³ per quantity 60.00 Euro for quantities below 400 kg. flat rate 20,00 Euro*. *Fee regulations for waste disposal in the municipality of Bremen dated 19 November 2013 (Brem. Transport packages that are wider than the container stairways or can only be transported by two persons are rejected for safety reasons. Garden waste transported on open tarpaulins will not be accepted either. Tip: Compost garden waste in your own garden. This way you produce your own compost and avoid transport to the recycling stations.
Please deliver the green waste in such a way that it can be safely loaded into the container by one person via stairs (e.g. in bags, baskets or cartons). Transport packages that are wider than the container stairways or can only be transported by two persons are rejected for safety reasons.
