Preconditions
The parcels of land to be merged must form an economic and local unit. All parcels of land must have the same encumbrances in the land register and be listed under a consecutive number in the land register page. In the case of simultaneous unification of properties, the valid identity card must be brought along.

Hints
In order to ensure a better overview of the real estate map, the number of parcels in the real estate cadastre should be kept low. When placing an order using the order form, please tick the box Miscellaneous/Comments and indicate parcel merger. Only in the case of a simultaneous merger of properties is it necessary to bring a valid identity card
