Certificate of good conduct according to § 30 paragraph 5 federal central register law (BZRG) for submission to an authority (Leika key: 99049001001002): If a trader is a natural person, a certificate of good conduct must be applied for at a public authority for presentation. In the case of partnerships, each managing partner must apply for a certificate of good conduct for presentation to an authority. In the case of legal persons, a certificate of good conduct must be applied for by any legal representative for presentation to an authority. Central trade register extract according to § 150 paragraph 5 Gewerbeordnung (GewO) for submission to an authority (Leika key: 99052002109000): If a trader is a natural person, an extract from the central register of a trade must be applied for at a public authority. In the case of partnerships, each managing partner must apply for a central business register extract for submission to an authority. In the case of legal persons, a certificate of good conduct must be applied for by any legal representative for presentation to an authority.
