Stress testing and occupational therapy for health insurers
Insured persons in the statutory health insurance are entitled to stress testing and occupational therapy if these treatments are not financed by other social security institutions such as the pension insurance, the employers' liability insurance association or the accident insurance. Stress testing is a service of medical rehabilitation. They determine the health resilience for a later vocational training measure or work activity. Occupational therapy refers to the gradual introduction of patients with mental disorders, physical or mental disabilities to working life.
