Parking card for severely disabled persons Exhibition
Parking facilities may be granted for severely disabled people with exceptional walking disabilities, amelie samelie or phocomelia on both sides or with similar functional restrictions, as well as for blind people in the form of an EU parking card ("blue parking card"). Severely disabled persons who are on an equal footing with the above-date group of persons (special groups of severely disabled persons) may be granted parking facilities , limited to the federal territory ("orange parking card"). The parking card offers a wealth of parking special rights, e..B free parking in parking areas. The parking card is personal and may only be used in the presence of the authorized person or persons entitled, regardless of the vehicle used.

You are a severely disabled person with an exceptional walking disability and have a driving licence or They belong to one of the following groups of people: blind people; severely disabled persons with both sides of the road, or with a double-sided amelie or phocomelia or with similar malfunctions, the time limits which require the parking disc to be actuated do not apply, or You belong to one of the following groups of people: severely disabled persons with the mark "G" and "B" and a degree of disability of at least 80 for malfunctions in the lower limbs alone (and the lumbar spine, as far as these affect walking); severely disabled persons with the mark "G" and "B" and a degree of disability of at least 70 for malfunctions in the lower limbs alone (and the lumbar spine, as far as these affect walking) and at the same time a degree of disability of at least 50 for functions of the heart or respiratory organs; severely disabled persons with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis if they have a degree of disability of at least 60; severely disabled people with artificial intestinal exit and at the same time artificial urinary discharge, if there is a degree of disability of at least 70.
The exemptions apply to the whole of Germany.
