Library card Issue for recipients of state transfers
If you have registered in a library, you will immediately receive a library card in person or sent by post. The card allows you to borrow or order books or media from a library and to use any other library services. Note: The validity of the ID card is limited in time (e.B. 12 months), so you must apply for an extension if necessary.

Transfer entitlement within the meaning of legislation
Loss of identity card or changes in personal data must be reported to the library immediately. The card remains the property of the library and is not transferable to other persons.

You will receive a library card as a transfer recipient upon prior registration: Submit the application documents to the library. Pay the user fee. You will then receive the library card immediately on site or by post within a few days.
