Preliminary building permit issued

Before submitting a building application, you can ask for information in advance with a preliminary building inquiry on questions that would otherwise have to be clarified in the later building permit procedure. A preliminary building request can be useful if it is unclear whether a plot of land is even buildable under the applicable building planning law. A preliminary building request can save financial expenses, as not all documents required for a building permit are necessary. In addition, the client receives early certainty about the buildability of a plot.

In addition to the application form, the following documents must be submitted Site plan or excerpt from the floor map, Description of the project and the building templates necessary for the assessment of the question asked

Building application (preliminary decision) form

The questions must be accessible to an independent assessment.

If the question in the preliminary ruling concerns a building, the involvement of a building permit (architect, civil engineer) may be required.
The preliminary decision is applied for using the building application form by selecting "Application for preliminary ruling" in the header of the application.
