Display of a miscarriage certificate
If their child has been stillborn and is a miscarriage (body fruit that was stillborn and weighs less than 500g), you can report the birth to the registry office in whose jurisdiction the miscarriage took place. On request, the registry office shall issue a certificate.
Proof that a miscarriage has occurred, for example: Mother's Pass, Certificate of the hospital of miscarriage; if necessary, a certificate of burial of the miscarriage; Proof of identity: Identity card or passport of the person displaying the report.
If they have indicated the miscarriage, the registry office will issue them with a certificate of miscarriage at their request.
