A trade fair is a temporary, generally regular, event at which a large number of exhibitors exhibit the essential offer of one or more sectors of the economy and distribute mainly on a model basis to commercial resellers, commercial consumers or large customers. The organiser may allow final consumers to purchase on a limited number of days during certain opening hours. An exhibition is a temporary event at which a large number of exhibitors exhibit and distribute a representative offer of one or more economic sectors or economic areas, or informs about that offer for the purpose of promotion. A wholesale market is an event in which a large number of suppliers sell certain goods or goods of all kinds essentially to commercial resellers, commercial consumers or large customers. A weekly market is a regularly recurring, time-limited event where a variety of vendors offer one or more of the following types of goods: Food stuffwithin the meaning of Section 1 of the Food and Supplies Act, with the exception of alcoholic beverages; alcoholic beverages are authorised in so far as they are produced from home-grown products of viticulture, agriculture or fruit and horticulture; the purchase by the original producer of alcohol for the production of liqueurs and spirits from fruit, plants and other agricultural raw materials for which the starting materials are not fermented itself is permitted; products of fruit, horticulture, agriculture, forestry and fisheries; raw natural products with the exception of larger livestock. In order to adapt the weekly market to economic development and the local needs of consumers, the State Governments may, by means of a legal regulation, determine that, in addition to paragraph 1, certain everyday goods may be offered on all or certain weekly markets. A special market is generally a regular, time-limited event at a time-limited time, where a variety of vendors sell certain goods. A fair is generally a regular, time-limited event at a time-limited time, where a variety of vendors sell goods of all kinds. Activities within the meaning of Section 60b (1) ( Volksfest ) may also be carried out on a special market or fair; Sections 55 to 60a and 60c to 61a remain unaffected.
