Permission for the commercial display of persons granted
Commercial display of persons requires official approval.
Displays of people are events in which the physical appearance of the people on display is in the foreground. The performances they perform (e.B. vocal performances or theatrical performances) are in the background. This term mainly covers events that
-
flaunt the sexual stimuli of the persons concerned, or
- to satisfy the sensationalism of the audience.
Examples: Striptease or Tabledance
Permission is required for commercial displays of persons. These can be obtained by natural and legal persons. Need permission
- the organiser of the exhibition, and
- Persons who make their business premises available for the demonstration.
The permission for the display does not replace any other permits.
Note: Performances with predominantly artistic, acrobatic, sporting or similar character are exempt from the permit requirement.
