The application must be accompanied by the required information and evidence in accordance with Section 9 (11) of the State Ordinance on Test Engineers for Structural Analysis (PrüfIngBaustatikVO).

The following documents are required in particular:

1. Information on the personal responsibility of the activity in the second branch office
2. Information on the employees who are to be involved in the inspection activity and to ensure the monitoring of proper construction work
3. Further documents and information may be required if this is necessary to assess the application
