Notification of the acquisition of firearms or ammunition in the Federal Republic of Germany by persons from another Member State or Contracting State Acceptance

Anyone who transfers a firearm to persons who have their habitual residence in another Member State must immediately notify the Federal Office of Administration in writing. This does not apply in the cases of § 12 paragraph 1 numbers 1 and 5 of the Weapons Act.
