If you have completed pilot training for airplanes and helicopters according to visual flight rules (PPL(A) and PPL(H)), light aircraft (LAPL(A) and LAPL(H)), gliders (SPL) or free balloons (BPL), you must apply for your pilot's license in order to be allowed to fly.
