As a testing laboratory and measuring point, you must be notified to perform state-initiated testing and monitoring tasks. To do this, your test laboratory or measuring point must meet certain requirements. The decision to carry out your aptitude test will be communicated to you in the form of a corresponding decision. This is recognized nationwide.

This procedure applies in Saxony-Anhalt in the environmental areas of waste and air.

Proof of the required expertise on the basis of a module-compliant accreditation by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS)
Current Quality Management Manual
Articles of association with details of the natural or legal persons authorised to represent the company as well as the current extract from the commercial register
List of staffing levels
If applicable, proof of the type and scope of the financial loss liability insurance
If applicable, copy of the contract between the external sampler and the inspection body
possible copy of the permit for hygienic work of safety level S 2

Preconditions

Your test laboratory/measuring point must:

have their registered office in Saxony-Anhalt,
prove the required expertise,
reliable, independent and
be equipped accordingly with the equipment technology.

Procedure

Please submit an application to the competent authority using the respective application form and attaching the evidence indicated there to check the condition of a notification. This will check your suitability as a testing laboratory or trade fair site.

Deadlines

The notification shall be given for a maximum of 5 years. You should submit an application for renewal at least 4 months before the expiry of the validity.

Processing time

The examination of the application begins with the complete documents. The test takes 3 (waste) or 4 months (according to BImSchV).
