If you develop a good script of artistic quality for a feature film, you can apply for funding under certain conditions.

If you are developing an artistically outstanding programme-length documentary film project, you can apply for a material development grant under certain conditions.

If you are eligible to nominate, you can nominate a short film for the German Short Film Award once a year.
