  • Commercial law provides that a general partnership (OHG) must be entered in the commercial register. The registration must be made by all partners at the competent registration court.

  • If you want to work as an insolvency administrator, you must first apply for inclusion on the pre-selection list. As a rule, only persons on the pre-selection list for insolvency administrators are appointed for insolvencies.

  • For information purposes, a printout from the electronically kept commercial register may be requested from the register court. If documents are only available in paper form, copies will be made.

  • The partnership limited by shares (KGaA) does not become a legal entity until it is entered in the commercial register. Since the KGaA is a corporation, it is entered in section B of the commercial register.

  • As a merchant, you must apply for registration in the commercial register. You are obliged to provide the following data:

    • Your company
    • the place
    • the domestic business address of the branch
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Your date of birth

    Furthermore, you should also indicate the purpose of the company.

  • A European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) may be formed by companies and other bodies governed by public or private law in accordance with the national law of a Member State. It may also be formed by natural persons carrying on an industrial, commercial, craft, agricultural or professional activity in the Community or providing other services there.

    The contract for the formation of an EEIG must state the name, registered office, objects of the grouping and, where appropriate, the name, registration number and place of registration of each member of the grouping and the duration of the grouping, unless it is unlimited.

    This contract must be entered in the register provided for that purpose by each Member State. Registration confers full legal capacity on the EEIG throughout the Community.

    Any formation or dissolution of an EEIG shall, in addition, be published for information purposes in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • If you establish a limited liability company (GmbH), you are obliged to apply for its registration in the commercial register. Only after registration does the GmbH come into existence and have full legal capacity.

  • The formation of a European Company becomes effective by registration in the Commercial Register. In addition, the registration is published for information purposes in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Sie können eine Genossenschaft als Europäische Genossenschaft gründen. Die Anmeldung muss elektronisch in öffentlich beglaubigter Form durch eine Notarin oder einen Notar erfolgen.

  • If you wish to work as an SHI-accredited doctor or psychotherapist in outpatient care, you must be entered in the register of doctors.
