  • According to Section 3 (1) No. 6 of the German Spatial Planning Act (ROG), spatially significant plans and measures are plans, projects and other measures that take up space or influence the spatial development or function of an area.

    Pursuant to Section 21 (1) of the Thuringian State Planning Act (ThürLPlG), spatially significant plans and measures must be coordinated with each other and with the requirements of spatial planning in a special procedure (spatial planning procedure).
    The regional planning procedure determines whether spatially significant plans and measures are consistent with the requirements of regional planning and how spatially significant plans and measures can be coordinated or implemented from the point of view of regional planning (spatial impact assessment).
    Pursuant to Section 22 (1) ThürLPlG, the spatial planning procedure can be initiated ex officio or at the request of the public or other entity responsible for a project. There is no legal entitlement to its implementation.
    Pursuant to Section 22 (9), the result of the spatial impact assessment procedure must be taken into account by the public authorities in spatially significant plans and measures and in approvals, plan approvals or other official decisions on the permissibility of the project in accordance with Section 4 (2), (4) and (5) ROG.

  • After completion of the construction work, the building must be surveyed in order to verify the building in the real estate cadastre. According to the Surveying and Cadastral Act, the newly constructed building or the building whose ground plan has been changed must be surveyed after its completion in order to keep the real estate map up-to-date and complete.   • Village renewal is a funding instrument of the state to support the municipalities that perceive their structural development as a self-governing task and at the same time part of an active structural policy for rural areas.

    The village renewal is intended to support a sustainable and future-proof development of the village and to preserve and further develop the village as an independent living, working, social and cultural space. The preservation or strengthening of the functional diversity of the villages in economic, ecological, social and cultural terms is a main concern of village renewal. The main tasks of village renewal include in particular structural improvement measures, which above all also contribute to the stabilization or strengthening of the town centers, e.g.:

    • The creation or safeguarding of jobs close to homes.
    • The securing or restoration of the local basic supply with goods for daily needs.
    • The conversion of vacant, site-defining building fabric for living and working.
    • The safeguarding and improvement of the villagescape and the structural order.
    • The preservation and renewal of building fabric and settlement structures that shape the townscape as well as typical regionally.
    • The restoration or preservation of the unity of village and landscape.
    • The promotion of the commitment and self-initiative of the villagers for the interests of their village.
    • The implementation of a comprehensive information, education and consulting work within the framework of the village moderation

    Furtherances:

    Grants are granted for the following projects (exemplary list):

    • Preparation and implementation of the information, education and advisory work necessary for the village renewal measures within the framework of village moderation;
    • Updating and further development of existing village renewal concepts as well as consulting services for the local communities;
    • structural measures for the renewal, removal, conversion or extension of older buildings that shape the site and landscape or are of public importance with courtyards and green areas, including additional expenditures due to monument preservation and building ecology;
    • Creation of new living space in town centres by converting vacant buildings or closing gaps in scale, village architecture (additional design expenses);
    • structural measures within the local area for the preservation and re-establishment of workplaces close to homes;
    • Conservation, design and development of ecological or rural as well as typical rural and traditional important areas as well as measures that improve the integration of villages into the landscape;
    • near-natural design and renaturation of inner-city streams to support ecological diversity in the village;
    • expenditure on the conservation and creation of habitats for endangered and village-typical animal and plant species;
    • Improvement of the living environment by dismantling sealed areas into near-natural open spaces; environmentally friendly expansion and design of street spaces and squares with a significance that goes beyond the traffic and development function.
    • investment projects to secure and expand a needs-based local basic supply of goods and services, the creation and functional improvement of public service facilities, especially in buildings or facilities that shape the townscape or landscape; exceptionally, also projects which are necessary for the establishment of a sponsor of the measure;
    • initiative Projects and smaller construction projects of local social, cultural and advisory work, in particular of local self-help groups for children, young people, the disabled and older citizens;
    • measures to create environmentally friendly village tourism and nature-based recreation, including joint projects of several municipalities; Building construction measures are only supported in buildings that shape the townscape or landscape;

    The amount of the grant depends on the financial capacity of the applicant and the country's interest in the execution of the project. The funding rate can be up to 65% of the eligible costs.

    No funding:

    Projects that are not eligible for funding are:

    • which represent wholly or predominantly cosmetic repairs or serve the construction maintenance,
    • which represent measures in new development areas
    • which have already been started.
  • Public transport is a public service. It is used for the universally accessible transport of public transport by regular and on-demand transport. This is the case where the majority of passengers have a maximum travel distance of 50 km or the total journey time does not exceed one hour.

    Public transport is intended to ensure that the population is supplied in all parts of the country, both in cities and in sparsely populated rural areas, in line with needs. It thus serves to ensure the mobility of all population groups. It is necessary to connect the residential and workplaces as well as to the public, social and cultural institutions as well as the recreation areas and tourist destinations by means of public transport.

    Hinweis: Darüber hinaus können Sie auf Antrag Zuschüsse zu den Kosten notwendiger, besonders aufwendiger medizinischer Rehabilitationsmaßnahmen erhalten, um Ihre Berufsfähigkeit zu erhalten oder wiederherzustellen. Einen Anspruch darauf haben Sie nicht.

    Als Mitglied des Versorgungswerks müssen Sie monatliche Regelpflichtbeiträge leisten. Unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen können Sie sich von der Beitragspflicht befreien lassen, zum Beispiel wenn Sie pflichtversichert in der gesetzlichen Rentenversicherung sind.
