If you would like to submit your application online:

• You submit your application on the service portal of the state of Schleswig-Holstein under Funding application for coaching at vocational schools.
• Your organization will need a service account on the Schleswig-Holstein service portal and an ELSTER organization certificate. The latter serves to authenticate your organization's service account.
• The submitted project applications are evaluated by an expert jury consisting of representatives of the Institute for Vocational Education and Training of the State of Schleswig-Holstein and the Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein as the approval authority on the basis of a scoring model and confirmed by the Board of Directors of the Institute for Vocational Education and Training of the State of Schleswig-Holstein.
• Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein approves your application or initially grants an early start of the measure due to the short-term start of the project. Granting an early start does not give rise to a legal entitlement to funding. The project may not be started without a grant notification or the granting of an early start, otherwise funding is excluded.

If you wish to submit the application in writing in exceptional cases:

• You request the project application from Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein at foerderprogramme@ib-sh.de.
• You submit the project application by post in paper form. In addition, you send the project application including all attachments in one coherent PDF file to lpa-belege@ib-sh.de.

Applications can be submitted on a recurring basis; the respective application deadline can be found in the supplementary eligibility criteria.
