In accordance with the Federal Registration Act (BMG), the registration authority transmits data to
- Religious communities under public law (Section 42 (3) BMG),
- parties/voters' associations and other supporters of election proposals in connection with parliamentary or local elections (Section 50 (1) BMG),
- address book publishers for the purpose of publication in printed address books (Section 50 (3) BMG),
- to the Senate Chancellery or Bremerhaven City Council as well as to the press and radio for the purpose of honoring marriage anniversaries and old-age anniversaries (Section 50 (2) BMG, Section 6 MeldDÜV).
Data subjects have the right to object to their data being passed on without giving reasons. You can declare your objection not only when registering or re-registering, but also at any other time.
