To take part in "accompanied driving from 17", you and the person accompanying you must each meet certain requirements:

• You yourself have successfully completed driving license training for category B.
  • You can start training at the age of 16.5.
  • Once you have passed the theoretical and practical test, you will receive a test certificate. The test certificate replaces your driving license until your 18th birthday. You must carry this with you every time you drive, as it acts as your driving license together with your identity card.
• You will be accompanied by an authorized and previously appointed person who meets the following conditions:
  • She is at least 30 years old.
  • They have held a valid category B driving license, i.e. a car, for at least 5 years.
  • They observe the "0.5 per mille limit" and the ban on drugs when accompanying you,
  • She does not have more than one point on the driving aptitude register.

At the age of 18, you can exchange your test certificate for a driver's license.
