- who are at risk of losing their home due to rent arrears
- who are the subject of an eviction action,
- who are at risk of losing their home for other reasons, or
- Families in unsecured housing conditions
- homeless adult men and women with special social difficulties and those at risk of homelessness
- Self-reported homeless in emergency shelters
- Adult offenders, those at risk of delinquency and punishment, incarcerated persons and those released from prison with a housing problem and their relatives
- Adult homeless offenders and men and women at risk of homelessness who are released from a correctional or similar facility (e.g., forensic)
- Incarcerated adult men and women in the context of release preparation
- Incarcerated adult men and women who are at risk of losing housing due to incarceration (housing security)
Adult homeless men and women, or men and women at risk of homelessness, who are
- are "acute" users of illegal drugs
- are receiving a drug substitute due to an illegal addictive disorder
- are discharged from a facility of the drug assistance system without a permanent residence, or who drop out of the measure, or
- who report themselves as self-reporters in an emergency shelter of the drug help system
are counseled at the Central Specialized Housing Office.
The staff of the Office of Social Services also place people in housing suitable for the disabled and elderly and provide advice on housing adaptation measures.
The Inner Mission operates a central hotel and boarding house control within the framework of the Central Specialized Housing Office, which provides assistance to the staff of the counseling center.
