A national of a member state of the World Trade Organization who exercises a profession which corresponds in training and powers to the profession of lawyer under the Federal Lawyers' Act is entitled to establish himself in Germany under the professional title of the state of origin to provide legal services in the fields of the law of the state of origin and international law if he has been admitted to the bar association responsible for the place of his establishment upon application.
