Food businesses are all businesses that carry out activities related to the production, processing and distribution of food. Food business operators are obliged to report the businesses under their control and important changes in activities as well as business closures. This applies to all businesses that are active at any stage of the processing, production or distribution of food.
Registration takes place at the competent district administrative authority.

- Primary producers of plant-based foods, such as fruit, vegetables, cereals, herbs

- Petrol stations with food sales
