If you want to fish or go angling, you need a valid fishing license. You must apply for the fishing license at the relevant authority. You must have the fishing license before you start fishing.
You must always carry your fishing license with you when you go fishing or angling and present it to authorized authorities upon request, together with an identification document and proof of payment of the fishing fee.
