Are you generally interested in the property market and want to find out about land prices?
The office of the Appraisal Committee for Property Values publishes a land value map on the Internet, from which the user can independently create extracts.
Alternatively, you can obtain information or official extracts from the land value map by submitting an informal application to the office of the Valuation Committee for Property Values or using the Valuation Committee LGV (HH) form.
The land values have no binding effect unless otherwise determined or agreed.
