The ID document must be collected from the BürgerServiceCenter where it was applied for.

• For documents that you have applied for at the BSC-Mitte, collection is possible without booking an appointment.
• For documents that you have applied for at BSC-Stresemannstraße or BSC-Nord, the new documents can be collected via the document issue box.
  • If you are unable to collect your documents via the document issue box, you can collect them from BSC-Stresemannstraße or BSC-Nord without booking an appointment.
• You will find more information, including opening hours, on the collection slips that you receive when you apply for your ID card or passport.

You can view the processing status of your ID card or passport or your eID card using the serial number given on your collection slip (see "Online services" - Status query processing of ID documents").

If you are unable to retrieve the processing status, you can collect your document no later than 6 weeks after submitting your application.
