Bundesportal | NiSV notification of the establishment for installations for the application of non-ionizing radiation to humans for cosmetic or other non-medical purposes

When purchasing systems from December 31, 2020, the notification must be submitted at least two weeks before commissioning.
The operator of the system must provide information on the identity of the operator or company, the address of the operating site and information on the identification of the system(s) or combination device and the type of application(s).
The person(s) using each system must be named.
From 31.12.2022, the obligation to provide evidence of the specialist knowledge of the person(s) using the equipment applies. This evidence must then be enclosed with the notification.
