Instruction according to the Infection Protection Act (IfSG) is a mandatory briefing on hygiene rules and activity prohibitions that you need before working in areas with food.
The instruction is intended to ensure that you know which diseases or symptoms you must report immediately (for example, diarrhea, vomiting, hepatitis A, certain skin infections).
They will be informed when they are not allowed to work in order to avoid spreading infections.
You will receive a certificate of participation after completing the training. You must present this certificate when you start work.
Typical areas include food businesses (restaurant, kitchen, bakery, canteen, butcher shop), community facilities (daycare, school) and the health sector.
