If you want to hire out employees to a third party, you generally need a permit to do so.
If you are a foreign employer that employs staff in Germany, you must give notification of this through the Minimum Wage Notification Portal. The same applies if you are a German employer employing foreign temporary workers.
If your company belongs to the construction industry or has the same status and you have work stoppages during the so-called bad weather period, you can receive winter allowance under certain conditions and thus partially compensate for the loss of pay of your employees.
If your company belongs to the construction industry or has the same status and your employees work in a weather-dependent job, you can receive additional winter pay under certain conditions and pay it to your employees.
If you, as a foreign employer, wish to send foreign workers to Germany under government agreements for the performance of contracts for work and services, the Federal Employment Agency must first give its approval.
If there is a temporary, unavoidable loss of work in your company, short-time allowance can be paid in full or in part for your employees. The loss of earnings is partially compensated by short-time allowance and is intended to avoid layoffs.
If you employ domestic employees on a mini-job basis, you must register this using the household cheque procedure.
